Space Plan Interiors supply and install raised access floors for all types of applications. Raised access floors are used for cabling and air management in Offices, Dealing Rooms, Computer Rooms, Telecommunications Facilities and Internet Service Providers Server Rooms, where there is requirement for both cable management and airflow, utilising the void as a pressurised plenum, necessitating a fully accessible raised access floor void solution.We can design, supply and install a raised access floor to your exact specification and requirements whilst meeting all current standards.Any raised access floor finish is easily achieved. You can choose from a variety of finishes such as:Bare faced access floor steel encapsulated panels for the installation of loose lay carpet tiles.Factory bonded finishes such as anti-static vinyl for computer suites containing static sensitive equipment.Special factory finishes such as marble and stone.

SPACE PLAN Haven is able to offer half-hour or one hour fire rated protection, as well as excellent acoustic insulation. It is formed in 50mm or 73mm thick galvanised steel framework with either one or two layers of 12.5mm thick plasterboard fixed with drywall screws to either side of the framework. Aluminium door and window frames, corner trims and joint cover trims are supplied in SAA finish, Sapele, Ash, Koto, Oak, Beech, Cherry or Maple faced solid core doors complete with door closers, and a choice of aluminium or laminate skirting. Dependant on the fire protection required glazing can be in 6.4mm thick laminated safety glass, 6mm thick fire-rated Georgian wired polished plate glass or clear Pyran fire-rated glass. A solid section of this partition wall system gives a sound reduction of between 40 and 56dB (Rw) under test conditions, dependant on type of mineral wool infill, number of layers and type of plasterboard. These partition walls are fully decorated both sides in a vinyl wallcovering of your choice.

SPACE PLAN Montage is formed in two layers of 625kg/m3 density particle board with 15mm thick particle board and flaxboard slats to make 50mm thick panels. These walls include 19mm internal cavities suitable for hidden wire services. The panels have a finely bevelled edge and butt together to make a pencil-like join. Aluminium profiles and doorframes are supplied in SAA finish. Rubber gasket window beadings are available in white, black or grey. This system is supplied with solid core doors and a choice of aluminium or laminate skirting. All glazing is in 6mm thick clear float glass. A solid section of this partition wall system gives a sound reduction of 36dB over variable speech range under test conditions. The partition walls are fully decorated both sides in your choice from the Montage range of PVC vinyls factory heatbonded under pressure to the panel.
Colourframe & Glazing Options - All of the above systems can include powder coated aluminium finish to a standard colour, or to your choice of RAL or BS4800 colours. Glazing can also be in a range of options, including laminated safety, toughened, tinted, obscure, mirrored, or one way glass. Double glazing is available, with the option of integral blinds.
SPACE PLAN Montage Monovision can also be supplied in a wide range of either solid hardwood or hardwood veneer profiles and frames incorporating full height double-glazed panels with integral blinds.

SPACE PLAN Jumbo Stud partition walls are formed using a 148mm thick galvanised steel framework and two layers of 12.5mm thick plasterboard fixed with drywall screws to either side of the framework, making the overall partition wall thickness 198mm. Both sides of the partition walls are usually taped and jointed, and painted with two coats of emulsion, and provided with a wide range of skirting options. These walls can be constructed to heights in excess of 12 metres. Fire rating can be up to four hours.

SPACE PLAN Single or Double Skin Steel or Steel Mesh partition walls are designed to fulfil a wide range of applications from factory divisions and offices to clean rooms. They are powder coated to a standard colour, or to your choice of RAL or BS4800 colours. They can also be fire rated.
